These three words all mean no matter. After them comes something open: a question word such as 什么shénme, 谁shéi or 多duō + adjective, an A还是B (A háishi B) choice, or an affirmative-negative form such as 好不好hǎo bu hǎo. The second clause says the result stays the same in every case and needs 都dōu or 也yě before the verb: 不管比赛多重要,也不能影响别人休息bùguǎn bǐsài duō zhòngyào, yě bù néng yǐngxiǎng biérén xiūxi. The difference is register: 不管bùguǎn is everyday speech, while 不论búlùn and 无论wúlùn are a little more formal and common in notices and speeches: 无论是住了十年的,还是刚搬来的,都要按新规定办wúlùn shì zhù le shí nián de, háishi gāng bānlái de, dōu yào àn xīn guīdìng bàn. A common error is putting a plain statement after them: 不管下雨bùguǎn xiàyǔ is wrong; say 不管下不下雨bùguǎn xià bu xià yǔ. Another is using 和hé for the choice: use 还是háishi.
